Upgrading or Downgrading Your Service
This is how you change your service configuration.

Upgrading/Downgrading plan
To upgrade or downgrade your service, first log into the client area. As shown below.
Click on Services
Click on the service you want to change, for example, the Minecraft service in the image below.
From here click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button.
From here you can choose one of the many upgrades available.

If in a rare case resources are not available on the machine. just make a ticket, and we will take care of it.
Additional Upgrade Options
For some upgrades, you need to click Upgrade/Downgrade options instead of the standard Upgrade/Downgrade button.
The following upgrades are available through this menu:

| Disk Space | $2.50 per 25 GB | Add extra storage to your service. |
| Dedicated IP | $4.00 | Assign a dedicated IP address to your service. |
Click on Upgrade/Downgrade options instead of the standard button.
Select the upgrade you want to add, such as Disk Space or Dedicated IP.
Complete the checkout to apply the change.
Dedicated IP
Dedicated IP availability varies by location. Make a ticket if you don't see the option and we'll check availability for your server.
